Well, I have to say that most of those pictures are pretty funny. The ones about public school were lame, but the one with Jesus and Bush is a shameful reality.

I am no supporter of Bush and I do not believe that he is a Christian either. Bush is a far cry from someone who would proclaim Jesus as Lord. Unfortunately, most Christians are too lazy to think outside the realm of professional sports, reality tv and the “republican” side. Additionally, Jesus has been feminized and is portrayed as a complete pansy in most churches today - that picture said it all!

I personally proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord, but Bush and other so-called “Christians” really embarrass me, and they bring shame to what true Christianity is about.

Thanks for the laugh though!

Where did you find that protest sign picture? I would love to put that right under my Hitler/Bush morph pic.

That's funny.
No mention of the gaping holes in the scientific explanation of creation. No mention that science is a practice and not perfect. Total bypass of the part of the science definition which says THEORETICAL explanation of...

But it doesn't say anything about God, so it HAS to be true.

As usual, John, I just have to disagree with some of the things you put up. (Imagine that, eh? :) ).

I don't know where you found that church marquee, but where ever that is, if it's real, that church has fallen away from the truth. The pure and simple truth is "God hates nobody, but he hates sin."

By the way, have a good vacation, John. We'll occassionaly talk when you get back.

Dani,

Why do you think the public school ones were lame? You hate the truth that much?

As a Kansan, I'm not that happy with what's going on. First was the Evolution debacle and then comes this. I'm glad that I didn't vote for any of the people that's promoting Intelligent Design.

All hail the Flying Spaghetti Monster!

Paul,

I believe that the pictures about the public school are lame, frankly because the entire public school system is lame. I do not hate the truth; I LOVE THE TRUTH!

I believe that the teaching of “Intelligent Design” will prove to be useless in a secular, humanistic environment that lacks wisdom and rejects truth.

The government school has been systematically brainwashing the youth of America for decades, and you Paul, are evidence of that.

At school, children are taught that all truth is relative and God does not exist. With that type of mindset, it is much easier to accept that WE came from monkeys as the THEORY of evolution suggests.

So, since we are nothing but animals, and there is no standard of righteousness to live by, there is NO need to teach “Intelligent Design” at school. What would be the point, really? I think it’s totally lame!

Hope that answers your questions!

Anyone who is willing to put 30 minutes into some real research about evolution will soon find out that there is NO scientific evidence to support that theory.

Show me one public school curriculum that states, or teaches a class that says God doesn't exist.

Teaching evolution does not teach that there is no God; it merely insinuates that the Bible is incorrect.

I think you may be paranoid.

Dani Kekoa said...

Toad:

The Supreme Court ordered that all religious activities be removed from the public schools (Engel v. Vatale, l962).

Public schools are by law secular, which means worldly rather than spiritual. Secular humanism is an outlook or philosophy that advocates human rather than religious values, and that ideology reigns in the public schools.

Perhaps you can show me one public school curriculum that states, or teaches a class that says God DOES exist?

The teaching of evolution insinuates that human beings appeared on earth through a series of random chance events apart from a Creator. If evolution does not teach that there is no God, then what does it teach?

I am not paranoid. The very concept of evolution makes me laugh.

You make have evolved from primordial slime, Toady – Not me!

Toad734 said...

It teaches us where we came from and only disproves Genesis, or reveals Genesis is another series of metaphors such as Daniel, Psalms and Revelations; It never proves there is no God.

By the way, since there is no proof or evidence of God, why would a school teach kids that there is a God?

At least there is evidence of evolution.

The church sign generator has been around forever. Duh.

You all sure like to pigeon-hole. I don't know any right wing Christians like you depict, and I know many.

There's no proof that G*d doesn't exist , either, so all of this proof crap is just that. Crap. I'm not a Christian because I don't believe....but really, who cares.

And I'll guarantee you, there's not a one who agrees with the Pat Robertsons and Phelps. They're fringe psychpaths. Get off of it, as much as you'd love and manipulate it to be your reality, it's yours and yours alone to perpetuate.

Stuff like this is exactly why you're not taken seriously. And won't be.

Toad734 said...

Sondra:

Someone obviously agrees with Pat Robertson or else his show wouldn't have been on so long.

I am going to take the "taken seriously" comment with a grain of salt considering it comes from someone who has multiple pictures of cartoon chicks with guns all over her website.

Anonymous said...

What reality's distorted by my pictures? Most of them are me....I'm a chick that likes guns.

And TOaD....television is bizarro-land. There's a bazillion programs that have run season after season that are retarded, is why I haven't had a television for almost three years. I'd hardly base my perception of reality on it.

Accentuate the negative's always your game. You seek it out. *poormiserablebunkys*

Toad734 said...

If no one watches a show it gets taken off the air; if a bunch of people watch a show it stays on the air.

So are you the one on your comments page without a shirt?

Anonymous said...

Ok love, you're really sinking now. Pat Robertson's show is self funded...via satellite. Any retard with money ...hey, you could even have the TOaD Show!.....

A little like, but unlike PBS....that has government funding. Yannow, like subsidized by it.

That's not a cartoon, TOad.

Toad:

Do you wear a watch? What evidence do you have that there was a watchmaker? Like with any creation, there is evidence of a Creator.

Evidence of evolution you say? Don’t think so!

Unfortunately for evolutionists like you, there is NOT ONE fossil record that has been found in a transitioning form. If it has taken billions of years for different life forms to evolve, shouldn’t there be at least one fossil record that shows the evolution of a frog turning into a giraffe or a lizard evolving into a horse?

In his book, Origin of Species, Darwin himself admitted that at the time of writing, the fossils discovered made it look like a series of acts of creation between each main order of life. He also admitted that if no such links were discovered, then his theory would be incorrect.

Where are all the missing links? No Transitional Fossils

Toad734 said...

RE: Dani

Wrong, look up Falcarius; The fossils were recently discovered and it was half dinosaur and half bird.

Sondra:

He may produce the show himself but someone has to broadcast it and syndicate it. He no longer owns the Family Channel.

Dani Kekoa said...

Toad:

Kinda seems like a stretch of the imagination, don’t ya think?

What about all of the other millions of species? Where are all the fossils for those?

How come monkeys are still here if they existed billions of years ago? Shouldn’t they have evolved by now?

Darwinian theory is that new species arise by the gradual accumulation of tiny mutations over a long period of time. The theory predicts that the fossil record will reveal hundreds of thousands of transitional fossils linking each species to the next one.

But the fossil record shows no such thing. Instead, it shows that new species appear suddenly--virtually overnight??? WOW, that's Amazing!

The MAJOR problem with evolution is that the Missing links are still missing!

Toad734 said...

So does that mean when they find them you are going to believe evolution is real or are you going to come up with some other excuse saying how it is not possible?

Monkeys have evolved into something they evolved into monkeys. We did not come from monkeys; we share the same ancestors as apes. If that is as far as you have thought evolution through then we shouldn't even be having this conversation.

By the way ever hear of Australopithecus, Homo Habilis, Homo Ergaster, Homo Heidelbergensis, and Homo Sapiens?

It seems that starting with Australopithecus and ending with Homo Sapiens they become better at walking upright, they become larger, develop bigger brains, loose hair and become more human and less ape looking over the course of about 4 million years.

How much more of a link do you need?

By the way wouldn't your "big flood" have wiped out a lot of this fossil evidence?

Anonymous said...

Don't any of you people have jobs? Get back to work, mofos.

Dani Kekoa said...

Yes Toady:

When they find the missing links I am going to believe evolution is real. Until then, the concept of a Creator seems much more logical.

Yes I have heard of Australopithecus, Homo Habilis, Homo Ergaster, Homo Heidelbergensis, and Homo Sapiens? There is a nice illustration of them at my local Nature, Science and History museum. That’s all it is though, an illustration. Further, it is a transitions within a species. The word "Homo" means a species of humans. See a trend?

You asked how much more of a link do you need? None since it is only a link between cavemen and modern day humans.

I ask you again – How do you explain all of the millions of other species? Where is the link?

Natural selection is a logical process that can be observed. However, selection can only operate on the information already contained in genes—it does not produce new information. God created distinct kinds of animals and plants, each to reproduce after its own kind.
According to naturalism, the universe has no purpose and no interest whether or not there is life in it. Logically, we should not even be here.

What are you trying to prove anyway? Are you denying that there is a Creator?

Are you nothing more than a cosmic accident, Toad? Do you really believe that you share the same ancestors as apes? If so, that explains a lot!

By the way, "The Big Flood" provided ideal conditions for fossiling, including the dinosaurs, which explains why they became instinct. But for one to even claim that there was a flood, one would also have to admit there is a Creator.

Toad734 said...

No you don't have to admit to a creator to claim that a flood happened. Most people feel that there was a flood and that it created the black sea. But it was localized, sort of like the hurricane.

Australopithecus was not human, it was an ancestor of Homosapiens.

Am I an accident, yes probably.

I love your blog! I was looking for Pit Bull links but just love the political content! and the God is for Suckers- religious commentary too.
Good for you!
now for my other purpose:

I found your site as a supporter of Pit Bull Rescue Central, and I'd like to know if you'd be interested in helping to support Pit Bull rescue by posting a link to a print on canvas of a painting of a rescued Pit Bull- sales of this print will contribute 10% of purchase price to Pit Bull Central.
I am the artist and owner of the website offering the print of Dez. (I was also the rescuer, freeing him from life in a garage on the end of a chain. After a couple of months of fostering him and taking care of his vet bills, I placed him in a loving permanent home. I've done this with 5 animals, mostly Pits, and helped with 6 others).

If you'd like to continue to support Pit Bull rescue, and at the same time help support a struggling artist, uh...me, please just post a link, and we will both be grateful! And of course if you'd like to own a lovely print...
you in particular might like this print, looks so much like your own little PB baby aristocrat.
and if you'd be interested in doing a review of my site, I'd love to send you some greeting cards- of the Pit Bull or an assortment, your choice.
